Hello there, I was curious about the type of clothes that Bear Grylls wears on Man VS Wild, I camp a lot and they seem very good for where I camp.

they never tell us, but in my opinion, wool and polar fleece are good for thick, warming outer layers and plastics like polyester for inner layers.

Bear Grylls doesn’t go camping. After they are done filming they stay in hotels for the night.

I’ve tried to watch his show before. Reminds me of when my 5 year old gets her hands on a lot of sugar. At least this season they’re calling him an adventurer, and not a survivalist.

Lots of places make good quality camping stuff. Prefer military surplus myself, but whatever floats your boat.

From what I can tell he ‘camps’ in silk pajamas and slippers.

My son and I were going to make a spoof of him called Shrimp Saute, but he hit puberty before we got around to it.
